Great for holiday gatherings, gift giving, or an afternoon snack, this quick fudge recipe is a must-try. Save this simple recipe for a sweet, pumpkin-flavored treat that’s ready in just minutes with minimal effort!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips (24 ounces by weight)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (8 ounces by volume)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending the foil over the edges for easy removal, and set aside.
  2. Stir the Condensed Milk: Before using, stir the sweetened condensed milk thoroughly in the can to ensure it’s well-mixed, as some brands may separate.
  3. Melt the Chocolate and Milk: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring constantly until smooth and fully combined. Alternatively, microwave the mixture: heat on half power for 1 minute, stir well, then continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and thick.
  4. Add the Pumpkin and Spices: Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until fully incorporated.
  5. Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil edges, cut into squares, and enjoy!

This creamy Pumpkin Fudge combines the warmth of fall spices with the sweetness of white chocolate, creating a rich, no-bake treat perfect for any autumn occasion!
