Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and then slice them in half from top to bottom. Give them a good rinse and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Prepare the baking sheet: If you prefer easy cleanup, you can line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Coat the Brussels sprouts: Place the dry Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Gently toss everything together to ensure the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated with the flavorful mixture.
- Spread on the baking sheet: Transfer the coated Brussels sprouts to the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the Brussels sprouts for 25-30 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown color.
- Serve: Once they’re nicely roasted, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven. They’re now ready to be served.
- Enjoy: This recipe makes approximately 6 servings. Enjoy your delicious Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts!
Feel free to adjust the seasoning or cheese to your taste preferences. Enjoy! 🍽️
