Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, drained
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2–3 Tbsp toasted pine nuts (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Whip the Feta

  1. In a food processor fitted with a blade, combine feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon zest.
  2. Blend until smooth, and while the processor runs, drizzle in olive oil gradually until the mixture is creamy and light.

Step 2: Assemble the Dip

  1. Transfer whipped feta to a serving plate.
  2. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface and create a small indentation (“well”) in the center.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.
  4. Sprinkle Aleppo pepper, fresh herbs, and optional pine nuts or pistachios evenly over the dip.

  • Serve with pita chips, pita wedges, or fresh vegetable sticks.
